What you will do

• Own analysis for pricing, supply-demand dynamics, marketplace efficiency, and commercial metrics like CAC/LTV and commission.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and self-serve reporting tools to empower commercial and operations teams.
• Partner with stakeholders in Sales, Account Management, and Operations to translate business questions into measurable impact.
• Design, execute, and interpret A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and drive growth.
• Improve data quality, metric definitions, and analytics processes in collaboration with the broader data team.

Requirements

• Strong SQL proficiency, including expertise in CTEs, window functions, and aggregations on large datasets.
• Experience building BI dashboards and reporting tools for non-technical stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset with a deep understanding of unit economics, pricing logic, and marketplace dynamics.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis, automation, or statistical work.
• Familiarity with Looker, dbt, BigQuery, Snowflake, Tableau, or similar modern data stack tools.
• Must be based in or able to work from Tallinn, Estonia to meet hybrid office requirements.
