What you will do

• Launch and manage growth experiments across acquisition funnels.
• Build and optimize user journeys and conversion funnels.
• Run A/B tests across messaging, creatives, offers, and website experiences.
• Manage creative production workflows by coordinating with designers, copywriters, and external partners.
• Analyze campaign performance to monitor and improve CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship growth initiatives quickly.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with funnel building, A/B testing, and analytics.
• Deep understanding of growth economics, including conversion rates, CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Must be based in or independently relocate to Lithuania.
