What you will do

• Manage and troubleshoot Linux servers, ensuring stable system performance and deep technical resolution.
• Maintain networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, and load balancing.
• Operate cloud infrastructure, with a preference for GCP, though AWS or Azure are also applicable.
• Manage Kubernetes and container clusters within production environments.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or equivalent tools.
• Develop automation scripts utilizing Shell, Python, Go, or Perl.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on infrastructure/ops experience (recent graduates with technical exposure may be considered).
• Strong, mandatory Linux sysadmin background.
• Solid understanding of web service architecture and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Terraform.
• Fluent in both Portuguese and English.
• Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Curiosity or experience with AI tools, specifically within Microsoft/Google ecosystems and AI agents.
