What you will do

• Develop and maintain the global data platform using software engineering best practices including version control, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Design and build scalable, consistent, and user-friendly business data models to enable advanced analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into clear definitions, metrics, and trusted data products.
• Ensure data quality and reliability through rigorous testing, monitoring, and comprehensive documentation.
• Support and enable self-service analytics by improving data accessibility and literacy across the organization.
• Manage the end-to-end data lifecycle, from ingestion and modeling to quality assurance and stakeholder enablement.

Requirements

• Experience working with modern data platforms and analytics solutions.
• Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, data modeling, and scalable analytics.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical data solutions.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices such as version control, testing, and CI/CD.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Perstorp or Malmö, Sweden.
• Strong communication skills and a structured, problem-solving mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Databricks technology stack.
• Proficiency in data modeling using dbt.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
