• Lead and motivate a team of User Verification agents to maintain high service standards and meet KPIs.
• Manage verification backlogs to ensure proactive and swift user onboarding.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to boost operational efficiency.
• Foster a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and professional development within the team.
• Collaborate on integrating AI tools to automate and enhance verification workflows.

Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• Proven experience in leading a team of User Verification agents.
• Deep understanding of KYC, KYB, and EDD regulations.
• Strong background in performance management and team coaching.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, structured mindset.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Istanbul or Sofia.
