What you will do

• Write clean, reusable, and high-quality code using TDD and pair programming.
• Collaborate with analysts, designers, and project managers to deliver value-driven software.
• Implement continuous delivery practices to ensure high-quality software releases.
• Design features, interactive prototypes, and ensure UX specifications are met.
• Advocate and demonstrate DevOps culture within cross-functional teams.
• Apply latest technology thinking from the Technology Radar to solve client challenges.

Requirements

• Must be a Singapore Citizen due to client security clearance requirements.
• At least 3 years of professional experience with Java and React.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented programming.
• Familiarity with Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery methodologies.
• Experience with TDD and CI/CD tools.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS.
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
