✔ Requirements:
- Experience building and scaling HR functions in 200–500+ employee organisations, ideally with distributed or international teams.
-Strong operational and systems-thinking mindset.
- Ability to act as a trusted business partner and constructively challenge leadership when needed.
- Experience in tech or regulated industries is a plus.
- A mature leadership style that combines structure, empathy, and long-term thinking.
- Languages: English, Russian
