What you will do

• Develop and maintain custom Linux images optimized for performance and security.
• Design and implement the Board Support Package (BSP) layer for diverse hardware configurations.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate potential security vulnerabilities within the platform.
• Collaborate with security research teams to develop innovative methodologies for forensic data extraction.
• Maintain deep technical knowledge of emerging security threats and embedded technologies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of low-level development experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent military experience.
• Proficiency in developing custom Linux images and BSP using Buildroot, Yocto, or similar systems.
• Strong programming skills in C, C++, and Python.
• Extensive knowledge of Linux internals and embedded systems (RTOS/bare-metal).
• Solid understanding of security and cryptography, including PKI, block ciphers, and code signing.

Nice to have

• Experience with Rust or Go programming languages.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of secure boot mechanisms and USB communication.
• Experience with FPGA design and development.
