What you will do
- Analyze and interpret complex cancer genomics data to understand tumour evolution.
- Integrate lab-generated datasets with existing research data.
- Design and develop new computational methods based on evolutionary theory and machine learning.
- Collaborate with computational researchers, technicians, and experimental core teams.
- Ensure data reproducibility and maintain high standards of bioinformatics analysis.
- Contribute scientific insights to drive research projects forward.
Requirements
- University degree in computational biology, computer science, mathematics, physics, or engineering.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in bioinformatics and large-scale data analysis.
- Solid programming skills in R and Python.
- Fluency in English.
- Methodical approach to troubleshooting and independent project management.
Nice to have
- Experience in cancer genomics and single-cell data analysis.
- Familiarity with genomic profiling for personalized medicine.
- Experience with bioinformatic pipeline development and data quality control.
