Salary: from 160,000 PLN gross per year (Poland)

What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines from internal and external sources.
• Own end-to-end ingest and egress frameworks to produce high-value data products that drive the business.
• Collaborate with software developers, data scientists, and architects to build data solutions for the lab.
• Implement automated test-driven development, CI/CD, and version control best practices.
• Partner with operations, product, and engineering teams to advocate for and build data best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience creating ETL/ELT pipelines from disparate data types including legacy databases.
• 5+ years of proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams.
• Must be located in Italy or Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure or AWS and containerization.
• Experience with Airflow, Spark, Pandas, or a software engineering background.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Proficiency working in a Linux environment.
