What you will do

• Oversee changes to regulatory credit risk models and rathirify.global systems at the Group level.
• Perform advisory and quality-assurance reviews for internal model investigations and on-site inspections.
• Manage senior internal stakeholders across the end-to-end credit risk model lifecycle.
• Represent the organization in regulatory discussions with the ECB and external auditors.
• Provide technical expertise to support and challenge Risk Management and Model Development teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree and 6–12 years of experience in credit risk modellhirify.global or supervision.
• Strong hands-on expertise in IRB and IFRS 9 frameworks and regulatory context.
• Deep understandhirify.global of the end-to-end regulatory credit risk model lifecycle.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into defensible modellhirify.global and governance decisions.
• Strong command of quantitative and statistical concepts relevant to credit risk.
• Must be based in or able to work from Milan.
