What you will do

• Act as the primary technical advisor for 1st and 2nd line support, troubleshooting software, hardware, and printers.
• Manage support cases via the ticketing system while adhering to SLA requirements and providing technical documentation.
• Maintain server and network infrastructure including Active Directory, Exchange Server, SCCM, VMware, DNS, and DHCP.
• Ensure security compliance for devices using tools such as Symantec Antivirus, SafeEnd, and Cisco NAC.
• Support Android and iOS devices through MobileIron and manage assets via Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
• Provide remote and phone support to multiple offices and maintain physical server room resources.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant IT experience or equivalent experience from military service.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and endpoint management tools.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating across teams and locations.
• Must be based in Israel for hybrid work.
