What you will do

• Plan and coordinate B2B online and offline events, including webinars and conferences.
• Manage event timelines, vendor relationships, logistics, and communications.
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce high-quality event materials.
• Oversee attendee registration flows and ensure accurate data entry in CRM systems.
• Track event performance, lead generation, and ROI metrics to prepare post-event reports.
• Research and identify relevant industry events and partnership opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B event marketing or event coordination.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
• Understanding of B2B lead generation processes and marketing platforms.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
