What you will do
- Research target companies, industries, and decision-makers to build high-quality lead lists.
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn.
- Write, test, and iterate on outbound messaging sequences.
- Qualify leads and manage communication flows before passing them to the sales team.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and monitor outreach metrics to improve performance.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaign targeting and use AI tools to automate workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B outreach, lead generation, or SDR roles.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach tools like Lemlist or Clay.
- Solid understanding of B2B prospecting and sales funnels.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily outreach targets.
