What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between vendors and the organization to coordinate activities.
• Implement, drive, and maintain vendor programs, including marketing and training initiatives.
• Review and negotiate terms of vendor contracts and manage day-to-day communications.
• Build and maintain positive strategic relationships while monitoring vendor performance.
• Research and resolve invoice and contractual discrepancies.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia
• Four-year college degree or equivalent additional experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of functional experience.
• At least 1 year of position-specific experience.
• Ability to work independently on moderate to complex projects with general supervision.
• Proficiency with various tools, systems, and organizational procedures.
