TL;DR

Retail Operations Excellence Specialist (Retail/Logistics): Improving operational quality and Perfect Order Fulfillment Ratio (POFR) for retail partners in Scandinavia and Iceland with an accent on root-cause analysis and in-store execution. Focus on reducing unfulfilled items, merchant cancellations, and optimizing picking routines.

Location: Must be based in and able to work on-site with merchants across Scandinavian countries and Iceland

What you will do

  • Track and analyze Perfect Order Fulfillment Ratio (POFR) and identify root causes for unfulfilled items and cancellations.
  • Lead recurring operational reviews with priority merchants and ensure sustained improvements.
  • Conduct store visits, provide picker coaching, and deliver staff training to improve picking routines.
  • Support the rollout of operational tools, run pilots, and share recommendations for inventory and workflow improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Cluster Heads, Product, Support, and Account Managers to improve data accuracy and reliability.
  • Document and scale best practices across various markets.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in retail operations, supply chain, account management, or e-commerce.
  • Experience working across multiple markets, ideally within the Nordic region.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Looker, or similar data tools.
  • Ability to translate field observations and data into practical action plans.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in one or more Scandinavian languages.
