Location: Must be based in and able to work on-site with merchants across Scandinavian countries and Iceland

What you will do
- Track and analyze Perfect Order Fulfillment Ratio (POFR) and identify root causes for unfulfilled items and cancellations.
- Lead recurring operational reviews with priority merchants and ensure sustained improvements.
- Conduct store visits, provide picker coaching, and deliver staff training to improve picking routines.
- Support the rollout of operational tools, run pilots, and share recommendations for inventory and workflow improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Cluster Heads, Product, Support, and Account Managers to improve data accuracy and reliability.
- Document and scale best practices across various markets.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in retail operations, supply chain, account management, or e-commerce.
- Experience working across multiple markets, ideally within the Nordic region.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Looker, or similar data tools.
- Ability to translate field observations and data into practical action plans.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.

- Fluency in one or more Scandinavian languages.
