What you will do

• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing global procurement team.
• Drive global category strategies for Paperboard and Traded Goods aligned with sustainability goals.
• Act as a strategic Procurement Business Partner for the Foodservice segment.
• Build and manage strategic global supplier relationships and partnerships.
• Lead global sourcing and negotiation activities to deliver cost savings and risk mitigation.
• Establish performance frameworks and KPIs to measure category effectiveness and supplier performance.

Requirements

• University degree in supply chain management, engineering, business, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in senior procurement or sourcing leadership within an international environment.
• Strong track record in global category management, preferably in the paper or packaging industry.
• Proven experience leading international teams across diverse cultures.
• Ability to influence at the executive level and build partnerships with senior business leaders.
