What you will do

• Lead the coordination of all Clinical Operations activities for assigned studies.
• Oversee CRA and IHCRA activities to ensure seamless study delivery.
• Manage the identification, selection, and activation process of study sites.
• Maintain and execute clinical operations plans within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, project managers, and sponsors.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor less experienced team members.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or Medical Sciences or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Clinical Trial Manager, or equivalent role.
• Expert knowledge of clinical research regulations and ICH-GCP.
• Proficiency in clinical trial planning, metrics management, and systems like CTMS, eTMF, and EDC.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluent English.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working in a CRO.
• Experience in oncology or multiple therapeutic areas.
• Proven ability in study start-up, budgeting, and forecasting.
