Communication Graphic Designer (Fintech)

Location: Remote from Belarus

hirify.global is a fintech company developing financial products and providing an internal trading platform as a SaaS solution for brokers.

What you will do

• Develop creative assets for Facebook, Instagram, Google Play, and other advertising platforms.
• Create and adapt 3D illustrations for social media.
• Animate and manage story content.
• Maintain and evolve the visual identity and branding system.
• Collaborate with the copywriter and SMM manager.
• Optimize and automate routine design tasks.

Requirements

• Confident proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong skills with AI-powered tools such as Midjourney, Recraft, and Krea.
• Knowledge of color correction, retouching, object editing, lighting physics, perspective, and collage creation.
• Strong typography skills and experience with grid systems.
• Understanding of web layout limitations, dark mode, and animation formats.
• English level B1 or higher.

Nice to have

• Blender skills.
• Experience in branding and visual system development.
