What you will do

• Operate and optimize the Armis platform, including configuration, tuning, and policy management.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of lab and OT/IoT devices and monitor risk exposure.
• Identify vulnerabilities and implement risk mitigation and remediation plans.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Investigate alerts and support incident response activities.
• Collaborate with R&D, lab teams, and security stakeholders to ensure secure system usage.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Armis or similar OT/IoT security platforms.
• 2-4+ years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or OT/IoT environments.
• Strong knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls, NAC).
• Ability to create and maintain security procedures and documentation.
• Must be based in Poland

Nice to have

• Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech environments.
• Knowledge of GxP and regulated environments.
• Familiarity with SIEM, vulnerability management, NAC, or CMDB tools.
• Certifications such as Security+, CISSP, or GICSP.
