What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of security architecture strategies, roadmaps, and reference models across enterprise and product environments.
• Define and evolve security architecture frameworks, standards, and patterns applying SABSA principles.
• Serve as a senior technical advisor to leadership, translating complex risks into clear mentorship and influencing decisions.
• Oversee architectural governance by reviewing designs to ensure alignment with security, regulatory, and operational requirements.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to implement secure-by-design principles and evaluate security technologies.
• Contribute to the creation and refinement of security policies, standards, and guidelines to strengthen organizational maturity.

Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience in information security, with at least 4 years in an Enterprise Security Architect role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of network build, client/server architecture, and cloud security across multiple providers.
• Experience with threat modeling and developing architecture documentation and designs.
• Proficiency in security technologies, standards, and frameworks, including NIST.
• Must be authorized to work in the job posting location (Poland) on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• CISSP or SABSA certifications.
• Familiarity with the SABSA (Sherwood Applied Business Security Architecture) framework.
