What you will do
- Set and steer the international commercial strategy and long-term vision for the Wholesale & Rural (W&R) business.
- Identify new business development opportunities in sectors like Food & Agri, Clean Energy, and Financial Institutions.
- Act as a central orchestrator and strategic partner to the Global Head of Clients & Portfolio Management.
- Translate long-term strategy into a clear Roadmap and annual plan with predictable deliverables.
- Represent the Wholesale segment as a spokesperson at international conferences and with external stakeholders.
- Lead the Wholesale Segment Strategy Team, fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture.
Requirements
- Higher university qualification in a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of experience in the financial industry, including senior management roles.
- Proven track record in senior-level strategy roles within complex, international financial environments.
- Extensive knowledge of the wholesale banking sector, risk management, and sustainability topics.
- Proven experience in change management and leading diverse, international teams.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to build relationships across various business units and regions.
