What you will do

• Direct and supervise all Professional Consultancy Account Managers to ensure business growth.
• Oversee financial performance and ensure the business unit meets executive targets.
• Develop and implement business strategies and capture plans for the consultancy sector.
• Ensure full compliance with employment legislation and company policies across all operating countries.
• Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key partners and clients.
• Manage the end-to-end proposal and offer preparation process for new business opportunities.

Requirements

• University degree in a technology subject, Business Administration, or Economics.
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience, including 4+ years in a similar business management role.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Must be eligible to live and work in the EU.
• Strong knowledge of the complete business acquisition lifecycle and contractual constraints.
• Ability to provide a recent formal statement of good conduct and pass a security screening.

Nice to have

• Experience with ESA, Fusion4Energy, or EUSPA accounts.
• Proven track record in the space sector services business.
• Fluency in other major European languages.
• Knowledge of the Italian space industry and institutions.
