What you will do

• Develop and implement financial products, including wallets, payment gateways, cash rebates, and merchant management.
• Build open API features for core financial products.
• Collaborate with product managers to design and implement features for the payment system.
• Perform performance tuning, troubleshoot online incidents, and conduct system refactoring.
• Write high-quality, clean, and maintainable code following engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3-6 years of professional work experience.
• Proficiency in Core Java and the Spring framework.
• Proficiency in MySQL and experience with at least one NoSQL database.
• Strong knowledge of distributed system design and messaging middleware.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required for coordination with overseas partners.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Spring Cloud and microservice design.
• Domain experience in the Fin-Tech industry.
• Experience developing backends, APIs, libraries, and SDKs.
• Performance tuning experience on JVM, SQL, or RPC.
• Experience in global team management.
