TL;DR
Senior iOS Developer (iOS): Developing and maintaining native iOS applications for a fast-growing health and fitness product used by millions of people with an accent on modular, testable code, user interfaces, and shared business logic with Android. Focus on designing maintainable APIs, implementing multithreaded features, writing unit tests, and advancing Swift-based mobile development.
Location: Remote, based in Paris, Île-de-France, France

What you will do
- Apply technical knowledge across all stages of iOS feature development.
- Deliver high-quality, modular, and testable code, including business logic shared with the Android app through J2ObjC.
- Develop user interfaces from UI/UX mock-ups, including animations.
- Prepare project documentation and improve development processes and standards.
- Collaborate with iOS developers, the CTO, UI/UX designers, and behavioral science researchers.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of programming experience with Objective-C or Swift.
- Experience developing, releasing, and maintaining native iOS applications.
- Experience with Java or willingness to learn it.
- Experience designing clean, maintainable APIs and working with multithreaded programming.
- Experience writing unit tests and testable code.
- Ability to collaborate effectively, give feedback, and receive feedback.
Nice to have
- Authorship of live production applications in the App Store.
- Experience with SwiftUI, modern Swift API design, and concurrency patterns such as Combine, async/await, and Actors.
- Hands-on experience with Java and Android applications.
- Experience with Google Firebase.
