What you will do

• Create original marketing materials, including display ads, game icons, screenshots, and promotional content.
• Produce high-quality motion graphics and 2D animations for scroll-stopping video ads.
• Analyze competitor ads and identify new market trends to optimize creative performance.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Producers, and Art Leads to iterate on compositions for digital channels.
• Develop and refine the overall marketing art design pipeline to improve efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, specifically with casual mobile games.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects).
• Expertise in motion design, 2D animation, and visual storytelling.
• Deep understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Solid understanding of UA advertising and user motivations across different networks.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of 3D software and Unity.
• Curiosity and experience with AI tools for generative video and automated workflows.
• Experience with JIRA.
