What you will do
- Provide professional, helpful, and human customer support via calls, chats, and tickets.
- Guide and empower B2B e-commerce customers to become confident shipping experts.
- Identify patterns and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
- Develop skills and explore areas such as process optimization, product knowledge, training, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver world-class customer service.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Netherlands and work from Eindhoven HQ.
- Fluent in English and a second language (Dutch, Spanish, French, Italian, or German).
- Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive mindset.
- Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and take ownership of learning and mistakes.
- Available full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:45 to 17:30.
