Location: Hybrid (2-3x per week) in Eindhoven. Must be based in the Netherlands.
Salary: €2,700–€3,000 gross/month

What you will do
- Support B2B e-commerce customers via calls, chats, and tickets regarding software, shipping logistics, and financial matters.
- Coach and guide customers to resolve issues independently and become shipping experts.
- Identify patterns in customer challenges and suggest improvements for the product and delivery process.
- Contribute to the development of world-class customer experiences.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize internal processes and quality assurance.
Requirements
- Fluent English plus a second language (Dutch, Spanish, French, Italian, or German).
- Must be based in the Netherlands and able to work from the Eindhoven HQ.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, positive mindset.
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure.
- Available for full-time employment (40 hours per week), Mon-Fri, 8:45 to 17:30.
