What you will do

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Salesforce and Tableau.
• Pull, validate, and reconcile data from multiple source systems and files.
• Analyze actuals versus forecasts to identify key variances and trends.
• Collaborate with software teams to optimize database development and reporting flexibility.
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate manual reporting processes.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure data accuracy in client-facing program information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Economics, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in data analysis, data mining, and data visualization.
• Proficiency in SQL and Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with Salesforce or comparable project management systems.
• Must be based in the United States to be eligible for company benefits and employment.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, or Business Analytics.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, Redshift, or Power Automate.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency, environmental sciences, or sustainability.
• Experience working with utility programs.
