What you will do

• Lead and manage the site's operational quality function, acting as the authority for product release, quality deviations, and risk escalation.
• Supervise, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team of Quality Controllers and Quality Engineers.
• Design and implement quality control strategies, process validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues to ensure business impact.
• Manage laboratory testing activities, ensuring the reliability of results and enhancing lab capabilities.
• Oversee material qualification and process validation to ensure raw materials and changes meet customer requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Chemistry, Materials Science, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience leading quality teams in demanding manufacturing environments.
• Fluency in English and Greek, both written and spoken.
• Must be based in Athens, Greece for office-based work.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools including FMEA, SPC, CAPA, 8D, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Experience with ISO audit requirements (internal, customer, or certification).

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Experience in printing, high-security products, pharmaceutical, electronics, or automotive industries.
• Proficiency in Power BI, ERP systems, or statistical software.
