What you will do

• Conduct site visits and technical inspections to record quantities and assess project requirements.
• Prepare cost estimates, work methodologies, and site organization plans for asbestos removal.
• Supervise field operations and coordinate contractors and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE requirements and monitor the correct use of PPE.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision, project management, or field engineering.
• Good command of the English language (written and verbal).
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently within Greece.
• Strong organizational skills and a problem-solving mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience in construction, industrial, environmental, demolition, or remediation projects.
• Experience in work-at-height operations and the use of construction machinery.
• Additional HSE or project management certifications.
