What you will do

• Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering career development and technical growth.
• Manage project planning, resource allocation, and execution to ensure timely software delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align engineering efforts with business objectives.
• Develop and optimize engineering processes, tools, and technical standards.
• Oversee the implementation of core technologies including Golang, Python, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
• Build a strong developer community and represent the company at external conferences.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in engineering management with a strong software development background.
• Solid understanding of high-volume systems, server/client architecture, and development constraints.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring quality and delivery timelines.
• BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Limassol, Cyprus.
