QA Engineer (Telecom)

What you will do

• Lead daily defect triage, including validation, classification, and assignment.
• Perform preliminary defect assessment to identify impacted flows and systems.
• Maintain and improve defect lifecycle workflows, SLAs, and quality reporting.
• Ensure defects are analyzed with end-to-end business processes and customer journeys in mind.
• Map requirements and user stories to test conditions and coverage.
• Collaborate with BAs, POs, architects, and developers to clarify behavior and resolve defects.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software testing/QA, with at least 2 years in telecom products.
• Strong expertise with Netcracker Stack (TOMS, Order Management, Product Catalog).
• Experience in large transformation or migration programs involving multiple vendors.
• Understanding of telecom product catalogs, billing cycles, and order management flows.
• Ability to analyze and challenge business requirements and solution designs.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
