What you will do

• Create and schedule social media posts across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Repurpose existing assets into social-ready content using Canva.
• Write engaging captions and copy aligned with client brand voices.
• Monitor Meta and Google Ads campaigns, flagging performance issues and opportunities.
• Compile KPI summaries and performance reports using AI tools and templates.
• Provide general administrative support and workflow coordination across client accounts.

Requirements

• Must be based in South Africa.
• Availability: Mon–Fri, 10 AM – 2 PM Eastern Time.
• Proficiency in Canva and a strong eye for social media content.
• Clear and engaging writing skills for captions and outreach emails.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (setup and monitoring).
• Highly organized with strong time management across multiple accounts.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
• Background in agency or multi-client environments.
• Experience pulling and formatting marketing KPI reports.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
