What you will do

• Design and develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases for medical device systems.
• Lead verification and validation (V&V) activities in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Build and maintain scalable automated test frameworks and scripts using Python, C/C++, or similar languages.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous validation.
• Perform root cause analysis on defects and collaborate with cross-functional teams for resolution.
• Develop test reports, traceability matrices, and necessary validation documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in medical device testing, system validation, or software quality engineering.
• Strong understanding of system-level testing across hardware, software, and integrated systems.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting (Python, C/C++).
• Solid knowledge of verification & validation processes and defect tracking systems.
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment and system-level debugging.

Nice to have

• Background in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Experience with CI/CD systems and automated test pipelines.
• Experience with Linux/Unix environments.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading engineering efforts.
