What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions across multiple platforms to ensure seamless data and workflow interoperability.
• Build and maintain automation tools using Python, PowerShell, and C++ to reduce manual work and streamline troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Operations Technicians to translate frontline needs into scalable engineering solutions that improve uptime.
• Develop monitoring, alerting, and diagnostic tools to ensure roadside equipment and supporting platforms operate at peak efficiency.
• Contribute to platform rollouts, API integrations, and system upgrades aligned with business goals.
• Provide advanced technical support for complex incidents and develop detailed documentation and runbooks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4–7 years of experience in system integration, platform development, or operations engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, C++, and PowerShell, with hands-on experience in GitHub-based workflows.
• Experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases for integration, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated experience with APIs, system integrations, and automation frameworks.
• Must be based in Mesa, Arizona; no current or future visa sponsorship is available.

Nice to have

• Experience developing web-based applications and working with load balancers.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Agile/Scrum certification (Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Scrum Fundamentals).
