What you will do

• Produce, write, and edit daily editorial content in line with publication targets and standards.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of newsletter structure, including sections, rubrics, and formats.
• Plan editorial output across daily news and features, contributing to the content calendar.
• Review and refine content from other contributors to ensure accuracy and tone of voice consistency.
• Provide operational and editorial support to the newsroom for ad hoc production needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional production teams to ensure editorial alignment across platforms.

Requirements

• Qualified journalist holding a valid professional press card or equivalent accreditation.
• Proven professional experience in newsrooms, press offices, or digital publishing.
• Solid understanding of editorial production processes for digital platforms.
• Ability to work a rota schedule covering weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Cologno Monzese office.
• English proficiency is required for the application and internal processes.
