What you will do

• Maintain humanoid robots and site infrastructure at commercial or residential locations.
• Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
• Collaborate with engineering, build, and validation teams to resolve technical problems.
• Verify use-case stability on-site and provide feedback to development teams.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
• Develop diagnostic tools and documentation to improve internal processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with complex systems.
• Proficiency with electrical diagnostic tools like scopes, multimeters, and current probes.
• Ability to read PCB and harness schematics and perform mechanical assembly.
• Experience with full system architecture diagnostics and organized troubleshooting.
• Physical ability to remove and replace mechanical components weighing up to 50lbs.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Nice to have

• Experience with CAD software (Catia) and fabrication.
• Knowledge of harmonic drives, brushless motors, and torque/force sensors.
• Familiarity with IPC 610, 620, or J-Std-001 standards.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
