What you will do

• Support the Incident Response Team by organizing activities, tasks, and follow-ups.
• Capture detailed notes, timelines, and decisions from incident response activities to ensure accurate records.
• Create and maintain incident response documentation, including playbooks and process flows.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, and repositories for visibility into security projects.
• Coordinate tabletop exercises, training materials, and onboarding resources.
• Collaborate with business partners to manage cybersecurity needs and monitor policy adherence.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in large and complex business environments.
• Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity or IT concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting technical processes and summarizing discussions.
• Proficiency with MS-Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Project.
• Understanding of cloud technologies, DevOps, and Agile development processes.
• Must be based in the US; candidates requiring visa sponsorship will not be considered.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
