What you will do

• Manage day-to-day inter-bank fraud communications and intelligence sharing for the Italian market.
• Handle fraud alerts, analyze onboardings, and monitor client transfers end-to-end to prevent fraudulent activity.
• Coordinate internal requests from Customer Care, Banking Ops, and Onboarding teams.
• Contribute to the creation and refinement of AI-powered fraud detection bots and alert definitions.
• Follow a structured growth path to move from basic case handling to autonomous management.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English is essential for inter-bank communications and customer support.
• Strong professional written communication skills for structured email correspondence.
• High level of attention to detail, rigor, and organizational skills.
• Proactive curiosity regarding fraud and financial crime.
• AI-native approach, utilizing AI tools in daily workflow or studies.
