Location: Hybrid in Helsinki, Finland (Office attendance required on Mondays, Wednesdays, and one additional day of choice)

What you will do
- Own the finance calendar, monthly financial reporting, and preparation of board materials.
- Develop and maintain rolling forecasting models for cash flow, costs, recruitment, and ARR.
- Monitor runway and cash flow to support global hiring and investment decisions.
- Manage the relationship and daily cooperation with external accounting partners to ensure data accuracy.
- Systematically optimize and automate foundational routines such as invoicing and payments.
- Perform business controlling by tracking sales pipelines, gross margins, and segment performance.
Requirements
- Solid background in finance and business controlling.
- Deep understanding of SaaS business metrics including ARR, NRR, and churn.
- Proven experience as a hands-on builder capable of creating digital financial structures independently.
- Exceptional spreadsheet modeling skills for both detailed and strategic analysis.
- Ability to communicate complex financial topics in plain language to leadership.
- Must be based in or able to work from Helsinki, Finland to support the hybrid office model.
