What you will do

• Design scalable AI architecture, integration patterns, and standards for secure enterprise solutions.
• Establish reusable building blocks and AI agent patterns to enable consistent delivery across the organization.
• Define and evolve the AI platform landscape, focusing on governance, operating models, and enterprise alignment.
• Integrate AI capabilities with core enterprise systems such as Workday and Jira.
• Manage the journey from AI experimentation to stable, production-ready adoption and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in enterprise architecture, platform engineering, or AI/automation.
• Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, security frameworks, and enterprise system landscapes.
• Exposure to AI platforms, orchestration tools, or enablement technologies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-driven and proactive approach to working independently.
