What you will do

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the Surveillance Officers to ensure 24/7 operational coverage.
• Monitor live casino tables and card rooms via CCTV and surveillance software to safeguard game integrity.
• Oversee the detection of collusion, fraudulent activity, and abnormal betting patterns.
• Lead major incident investigations and validate reports for senior management.
• Manage the operation and maintenance of CCTV systems and recorded footage security.
• Collaborate with Operations, Risk, and Tech teams to improve compliance and training.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in surveillance, operations, risk, or gaming integrity.
• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with high integrity and confidentiality.
• Professional communication skills for managing escalations under pressure.
