What you will do

• Build and optimize predictive models for booking cancellation forecasts, churn predictions, pricing optimization, and revenue forecasting.
• Lead the development and enhancement of the company-wide machine learning strategy.
• Collaborate across various business departments to identify and solve critical challenges using data science.
• Take models from conception to production, monitoring performance and iterating for efficiency.
• Interface with diverse business stakeholders to ensure alignment between AI initiatives and company goals.

Requirements

• Degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
• Expertise in statistics, predictive analytics, and machine learning techniques.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Strong understanding of business operations and experience collaborating with stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Airflow and dbt.
