What you will do

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business growth strategies.
  • Establish and maintain high-level relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, account management, and support.
  • Drive market penetration and significant company revenue growth.
  • Define market opportunities and create long-term strategic growth plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Strategy.
  • 3–5 years of progressive experience in business development, corporate strategy, or sales leadership.
  • At least 2 years in an executive or senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships.
  • Deep expertise in the Fintech industry and a strong personal network.

Nice to have

  • MBA or relevant Master's degree.
