What you will do

• Develop and execute user growth strategies to drive acquisition, retention, and transaction conversion based on market analysis.
• Optimize incentive mechanisms and lead Marketing AI and personalized coupon/offer strategies.
• Build lifecycle and ad recommendation systems using user tagging to improve activation and push conversion.
• Design growth tools and incentive schemes through cross-functional collaboration with operations, engineering, and QA teams.
• Iterate on data-driven growth strategies to meet business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above with 3+ years in growth strategy, recommendation algorithms, or user growth product management.
• Solid understanding of recommendation algorithms, lifecycle recommendation, and 1:1 personalization.
• Experience with Marketing AI and incentive strategies focused on new user conversion and retention KPIs.
• Proficiency in data analysis to translate insights into actionable growth plans.
• Fluent English for cross-functional global collaboration.
