What you will do

• Audit existing QA workflows and design a new, efficient testing ecosystem from the ground up.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy, including checklists and automation.
• Manage resource allocation, task distribution, and mentorship for the QA team.
• Establish and monitor quality metrics and reporting standards for bug tracking.
• Collaborate with Product and Dev teams to optimize workflows using AI tools.
• Scale QA frameworks and processes across all company projects.

Requirements

• Proven track record in gamedev on successful, high-scale non-indie mobile projects.
• Experience as a Lead or Senior QA with a history of building processes.
• Deep knowledge of iOS and Android platforms and proficiency with Unity.
• Experience implementing test automation and competency in at least one programming language.
• Ability to use AI tools to accelerate routine testing tasks.
• Strong communication skills for constructive debate and compromise with developers and producers.
