What you will do

• Manage the complete partnerships cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Identify and evaluate new opportunities for product commercialization.
• Establish, nurture, and maintain strategic relationships with new and existing partners.
• Negotiate and execute partnership agreements and oversee partner onboarding.
• Analyze KPIs and results to propose functional improvements for the product.
• Collaborate with product teams by providing feedback on prospect needs and competitive activities.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in international B2B sales or business development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
• Strong negotiation and time-management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player in a dynamic environment.
