Staff Backend Engineer (Cybersecurity)

TL;DR

What you will do

• Build server-side technologies to support new features of the Intego ONE security suite.
• Maintain and evolve existing backend technologies serving current product lines.
• Develop internal tools for customer support to investigate and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure the stability and technical health of legacy backend services.
• Drive platform modernization, improving overall system reliability and scalability.
• Influence the technical direction and architecture of the security portfolio.

Requirements

• Solid experience with PHP and the Laravel framework.
• Proficiency with MySQL in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Ability to design and maintain reliable, scalable backend services.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating on internal tooling.
• Must have existing work authorization for the EU; no sponsorship is provided.

• Knowledge of or interest in Swift.
