What you will do

• Productionise detection logic, ML-driven solutions, and experiments in collaboration with data scientists and product managers.
• Improve scalability, latency, and resilience of systems processing high-volume streaming, behavioural, and risk signals.
• Develop and refine experimentation and rollout mechanisms for validating new detection approaches.
• Monitor deployed code through Kibana and Grafana while owning SLIs/SLOs to ensure quality.
• Collaborate via GitHub pull requests and code reviews following Agile and Lean principles.

Requirements

• Solid backend engineering skills with experience in Golang, Scala, or Ruby.
• Willingness to master streaming technologies and concepts, such as Apache Flink.
• Strong communication skills to discuss complex topics with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to engage in constructive conflict and provide professional feedback.
• Must be based in or able to work from Vilnius or Kaunas
