What you will do

• Act as the security lead for IT modernization and improvement initiatives across the Group.
• Monitor, investigate, and respond to security alerts across cloud, on-premises, and SaaS environments in collaboration with a SOC partner.
• Serve as the technical escalation point for high-priority security incidents, managing containment, remediation, and recovery.
• Administer and operate security tools, primarily Microsoft Purview, Defender, and Entra.
• Design and implement Zero Trust controls using Conditional Access, PIM, RBAC, and identity governance.
• Maintain security policies in alignment with ISO 27001 and NIS2 standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or security operations roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview, Defender, and Entra.
• Proven experience working with outsourced IT services and SOC partners.
• Experience with vulnerability and threat management tools.
• Relevant education in IT, cybersecurity, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for producing technical and non-technical documentation.
